What if I can’t find my SSN card?

When Whale has trouble verifying your identity with the information you provided, we may ask for a copy of your SSN card. This image is collected safely and securely, and is not stored by Whale.

If you cannot find your SSN card, you may follow the instructions for those that do not have an SSN to fund your deposit and then return to Whale later to provide proof of your tax ID later.
