What happens if my application is rejected or I decide not to move forward with the lease?

If you paid an application deposit (also known as a holding deposit) and your application was rejected, Whale will immediately unlock your deposit in your Whale account.

If you paid an application deposit and decide not to move forward with the lease after being approved, Whale will return the deposit, less any damages owed from withdrawing your application, as soon as the property processes your cancelation.
