What if I’m having trouble paying my deposit?
If you're having trouble paying your deposit, here are some things you can try.
- No deposit requested: See "Why haven't I received my deposit request?"
- Incorrect deposit amount: See "Incorrect deposit amount"
- Verification code not working: Wait 5 minutes and then try again, making sure to use the most recent code provided.
- Issue linking bank via Plaid: If you're on a mobile phone, try on a computer instead as there are some known Plaid bugs with certain banking institutions.
- Try a different method: If you're able, try an alternative method to complete your deposit.
