Why haven’t I received a deposit request from Whale?
Below are the most common reasons why you might not have received your deposit, but you can always get started directly by visiting gowhale.com/signup and entering the email address associated with your lease.
Common reasons you may have not received your deposit request:
- Spam/Promotions: Please check to see if the email from notify@gowhale.com ended up in one of these folders.
- Waiting for approval: Your lease may still be waiting to be approved by the property.
- Not the primary resident: Whale only sends the deposit request to the primary resident on the lease. Check with your roommate(s) to see if they've received the deposit request.
- Whale not available: In order to use Whale, your property manager must offer it as an option.
