Trouble receiving or verifying my verification code
If you're having trouble verifying your verification code sent via SMS or What's App, please wait 5 minutes before trying again. It's possible you're attempting to verify an expired code instead of the most recent one sent (that may not have been delivered yet). When you try again, only request one code to make sure the one you receive is the only valid code.
If you're not receiving the verification code at all, or it's still not verifying successfully, please contact us and we'll verify you another way.
