How do I dispute my move-out charges?

Once the property completes their move-out process, Whale will immediately deduct any charges owed from your deposit, up to the total deposit amount held, and send to the property. The remainder is then unlocked in your Whale account.

Any disputes over move-out charges are handled directly between you and the property, just as they would be with a traditional security deposit. If your landlord agrees to return additional funds, Whale can help facilitate that through your Whale account.
