My property has not received confirmation I’ve completed my deposit.

If you have already initiated payment of your deposit but your property has not received confirmation, it's likely the funds are still being processed and your deposit will be confirmed once your transaction completes.

If you have received confirmation from Whale that your deposit has been completed, here's what might be happening:

  1. Owe additional funds: If an additional deposit (e.g. pet deposit) was added after you completed your initial deposit, the property will not see the entire deposit amount was paid. Log in to Whale to see if you have unpaid deposit requests.
  2. Property or Whale error: It's possible Whale did not successfully send the deposit confirmation to the landlord's property management system, or they missed the confirmation. The property can double check in Whale Admin or contact Whale for help.
