Can I delegate payment of the deposit to someone else?
Yes! If someone else (like a parent, spouse, or roommate) is covering the deposit, you’ll need to delegate the deposit to them so they can fund it on your behalf.
Please email support@gowhale.com and provide the following information for the person that will pay the deposit:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address
Whale will send a deposit request to this person and cancel your deposit request. Please make sure they've received the request and complete the deposit as soon as possible to avoid any move-in delays.
